use an Excel spreadsheet to import text data
with the fields

and use the Mail Merge function to create 
a Directory in Word.

Then take that Word document and save as a PDF.

Go to PDF2PNG online and break the pages into
individal PNG files.

Save the images or extract the zip file so that
all of the images are in one folder.

Use Irfanview to crop the images so that
the border around the them is deleted
- 1128x1128 square image is reduced to 800x800
- upper left coordinates: 61, 88 to
- lower right coordinates: 1189, 1216.
- and the images are reduced to 8-bit in size
- with one increase in sharpness.
